Rita Iartseva is a Registered Nurse at Cleveland Clinic Canada. Ms. Iartseva has over two decades of nursing experience, primarily working in the critical care field as well as coronary care and neurological care. She has a strong interest in mental health.
Ms. Iartseva obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toronto. After graduation, she accepted a role at Toronto Western Hospital where she taught the orientation course for the new staff and students, working closely in collaboration with George Brown College. She has since obtained additional certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA).
Ms. Iartseva is passionate about educating her patients about their treatment options and teaching them how to manage their issues or illnesses through diet, nutrition, exercise programs, self-administration of medication or rehabilitation. She truly enjoys supporting her patients in the interpretation of medical information and is dedicated to her mission of caring for life, researching for health and educating herself.
When she’s not treating patients, Ms. Iartseva enjoys walking and reading.
