Manya Arora is a certified Registered Dietitian supporting the Executive Health Program and is passionate about working with other healthcare professionals to help patients achieve their health goals.

Ms. Arora has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario in London and a Professional Master Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Her clinical experience at North York General Hospital included supporting client-focused nutrition care plans for patients in the respirology, cardiology, general medicine, and mental health departments. In her work with community agencies, Ms. Arora created personalized plans for long-term care residents with complex conditions and patients with diabetes.

Ms. Arora has extensive experience working with a range of patient populations to provide in-person and virtual nutrition counselling on the topics of weight management, diabetes management, and heart-healthy eating. She uses client motivation and positive behaviour change techniques to see long-lasting results.

When she’s not seeing patients, Ms. Arora enjoys playing tennis, rock climbing, jogging, and trying new food.
