Biography
Emily Mrozinski is a Registered Kinesiologist with the Movement and Performance team at Cleveland Clinic Canada.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, Ms. Mrozinski completed a diploma in Brain Disorders Management before pursuing her Master of Kinesiology at the University of Toronto where she supported several research projects and supervised students in Clinical Studies and Exercise Lab.
Ms. Mrozinski brings a wealth of experience of concussions and brain injuries from Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation. She has spent many years conducting comprehensive fitness and lifestyle assessments to set health and training goals for her patients. She has developed personalized training, nutrition, and recovery programs in collaboration with healthcare professionals. She is a dedicated volunteer in the community and excels at establishing and maintaining strong, lasting patient relationships to enhance their experience.
When she’s not seeing patients, Ms. Mrozinski can be found on a hike with her dog, at the gym, in a yoga or Pilates class, swimming, or trying out a new recipe.
