Biography

Dana Isenberg is a Registered Social Worker and member of the Executive Health Team at Cleveland Clinic Canada. Ms. Isenberg holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and has worked for over 10 years in the Toronto community. She has a breadth of experience in healthcare, supporting individuals who are facing complex health and mental health issues. Ms. Isenberg has worked in specialized areas including organ transplant, nephrology (kidney care), headache, and sexual health.

Ms. Isenberg is dedicated to her professional development and ongoing learning. She has engaged in coursework on special topics including trauma-informed social work practice, mindfulness-based interventions, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Ms. Isenberg is also a trained yoga instructor.

When working with Ms. Isenberg, patients can expect compassion and individualized care. Ms. Isenberg draws on training from a wide variety of therapeutic modalities and tailors her approach to fit the personal goals of the individual. Above all else, Ms. Isenberg values a trusting relationship with each of her patients.

Ms. Isenberg is available to work with individuals who are facing work stress, relationship issues, grief, addictions, anxiety, depression, a new diagnosis, caregiver stress, and/or other challenges impacting overall wellness and personal goals.

When she’s not seeing patients, Ms. Isenberg enjoys swimming, being outdoors, watching movies, and spending time with her son.
