Erin Silverstein is a physiotherapist at Cleveland Clinic Canada.
A passion for sports and physical activity led Ms. Silverstein to pursue her undergrad in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. This furthered her interest in the area, and she went on to obtain her Masters of Fitness Science and her Masters of Physical Therapy. Ms. Silverstein is particularly interested in manual therapy, exercise prescription, functional movement and patient education.
Ms. Silverstein enjoys helping to educate her patients on their conditions and how they can move better. She tailors her treatments to each patient and figures out a plan that works best for them.
When she’s not seeing patients, Ms. Silverstein likes to spend time with family and friends and enjoys cooking and travelling. She stays active with yoga, spin classes and circuit training.
