Pamela Sehdev, RN, brings over 15 years of experience in nursing, clinical care, education, and strategic leadership to Cleveland Clinic Canada. In her role as In-Country Representative, Ms. Sehdev provides a seamless referral resource to help international patients access thousands of Cleveland Clinic specialists, surgeons, and allied professionals around the globe. This valuable resource enables patients to better navigate the health care system to access the most appropriate options for medical care.
Ms. Sehdev earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Toronto Metropolitan University and holds a Master of Nursing from Athabasca University. She is currently completing her Executive MBA at Ivey Business School (University of Western Ontario) in London, Ontario, further expanding her capacity to lead at the intersection of clinical excellence and business innovation.
Ms. Sehdev has held progressive leadership roles at top healthcare institutions, including The Hospital for Sick Children. In addition to several clinical and educator roles at the hospital, she served as Senior Manager of Quality, Safety, and Clinical Operations within perioperative services. Additionally, for over 10 years, she has mentored post-graduate nursing students as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Toronto. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager of Health, Safety, and Wellness at March of Dimes Canada, overseeing national strategies for workforce well-being and regulatory compliance.
In her spare time, Ms. Sehdev enjoys being active with her family through sports and travel and loves to explore new restaurants and food shops locally and internationally.
