Catherine Lin is a Registered Dietitian supporting the Executive Health Program at Cleveland Clinic Canada. Ms. Lin is a Certified Diabetes and Bariatric Educator and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from McGill University in Montreal. She completed her dietetic internship at Montreal Children’s Hospital, Donald Berman Maimonides Long Term Care Centre, and Loblaws providing education on healthy eating, disease prevention and management, and nutritional assessments.

Ms. Lin brings a wealth of experience from her work at the High Metabolic Clinic, Novo Nordisk, and the Medical Weight Management Centre of Canada. Her expertise and training in cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and mindfulness are key to building skills with patients to help them reach and maintain their best weight.

Dedicated to providing nutrition information and resources to the community, Ms. Lin has facilitated both group and one-on-one sessions with patients for the management of obesity and other related conditions. With a passion for obesity management, her strength is in creating action plans for patients to make behavioural changes in nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Ms. Lin is a dedicated volunteer with youth and senior's organizations. She has helped to build curriculum, hosted nutrition education presentations, and led cooking/baking workshops for students.

When she’s not seeing patients, Ms. Lin enjoys running, cooking, hiking, and listening to podcasts.
