Biography

Sarah Latter is a Physiotherapist at Cleveland Clinic Canada. She has a strong interest in the management and treatment of athletic injuries as well as Pilates-based rehab.

Ms. Latter completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology from Queens University before going on to obtain her Masters of Physiotherapy from St. George’s, University of London. During the time between her two degrees, Ms. Latter worked as both a fitness instructor/personal trainer and a research assistant in the Kinesiology Department at the University of Toronto.

Ms. Latter has clinical experience in a variety of specialties and settings, including neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, elderly care and cardiorespiratory/acute care. However, with her previous degree in kinesiology and her background as a fitness instructor, she feels most drawn to musculoskeletal and athletic injuries.

In her practice, Ms. Latter provides rehabilitation services for acute or chronic conditions. She is sensitive to the unique needs of her patients and utilizes a biopsychosocial approach in her assessments and treatments. Ultimately, her aim is to help patients achieve their personal goals, whether that means getting back to peak athletic performance or simply being able to participate in the activities of daily living.

When she’s not treating patients, Ms. Latter enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking her puppy Casey, teaching Lagree, exercising and golfing.
