Biography

Graydon Lindsay, R.Kin, CSEP-CPT is a Registered Kinesiologist with the Movement and Performance team supporting Executive Health and private clients at Cleveland Clinic Canada. Mr. Lindsay has experience supporting clients across rehabilitation, fitness, and clinical settings. He works with individuals to support injury recovery, improve mobility and function, and achieve overall wellness goals through personalized, evidence-based programming. He has a strong interest in musculoskeletal health, injury prevention, and delivering client-centred care.

Mr. Lindsay obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from The University of Western Ontario in London. He is a Registered Kinesiologist and a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer, with additional training in movement assessment and rehabilitation through professional development workshops. His background provides a strong foundation in human movement, anatomy, and exercise prescription.

Working as a Rehabilitation Coach and Personal Trainer, Mr. Lindsay developed individualized rehabilitation and fitness programs to support clients through recovery and performance goals. He has collaborated closely with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care, while also managing client scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking. Mr. Lindsay’s experience includes supporting clients in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining a high standard of organization and communication. Drawing on both his clinical knowledge and personal experience with injury and recovery, Mr. Lindsay is dedicated to helping clients achieve safe, sustainable outcomes.

When he’s not supporting clients, Mr. Lindsay enjoys biking, hiking, cooking, and watching sports.
