Biography
Luke Estrela is a Physiotherapist at Cleveland Clinic Canada. He provides assessments and treatments for a variety of different conditions, employing techniques such as manual therapy, soft tissue release and exercise prescription and progression.
Mr. Estrela studied Kinesiology at Brock University before going on to complete his Master of Science in Physical Therapy. He chose to pursue physiotherapy as a career after the experiences he had as a patient himself for multiple athletic injuries.
Mr. Estrela is dedicated to working with his patients to help them achieve their goals. He believes that the best outcomes are achieved when patients are educated about their conditions and have active roles in their treatments. He has a particular interest in orthopaedics, athletic injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation.
When he’s not seeing patients, Mr. Estrela enjoys snowboarding and playing hockey, soccer and squash. He also enjoys exploring the city when he gets the chance, and is always looking for recommendations for outdoor adventures and restaurants in Toronto.
