George Cho, ND, is an Exercise Physiologist at Cleveland Clinic Canada. As a licensed Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, Mr. Cho approaches exercise science from a whole-body, lifestyle medicine perspective. He commonly helps to prescribe exercise medicine for patients suffering with type 2 diabetes, obesity, hypertension, cancer, arthritis, and thyroid issues.

Mr. Cho first obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University, before going on to obtain a certificate in Fitness Assessment and Exercise Counselling. His passion for this field led him to pursue a Masters in Fitness Science, before completing his training as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine.

In his practice, Mr. Cho designs specialized exercise programs and performs fitness assessments using techniques such as VO2 max, grip strength, vertical jump and InBody systems. He has a special interest in chronic disease management and is dedicated to helping his patients make healthy lifestyle changes such as eating healthier, sleeping better, and becoming more physically active.

When he’s not seeing patients, Mr. Cho enjoys running, spending time with his wife, and reading scientific papers and books.
