Biography
Nicole Springle is a Registered Dietitian on staff with Cleveland Clinic Canada. Ms. Springle works with many of the lifestyle management and wellness clients to incorporate a nutritional component in their wellness program. Her specialty interests include nutrition as it relates to sports performance, weight management and disease prevention. Ms. Springle is an official provider of nutrition services for the Canadian Sport Centre Ontario (CSCO), and the Coaching Association of Canada's Sport Nutrition Advisory Council (SNAC).
Raised in St. Catharines, Ontario, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Human Nutrition and Masters of Applied Nutrition degree, both from the University of Guelph, Ontario. She has also appeared on Canada AM and Breakfast Television and has authored numerous articles for magazines and newspapers across the country. She is also a regular contributor for Global News, The Toronto Star and City TV News.
Ms. Springle enjoys cooking and eating for energy and enjoyment as well as staying active through cycling, yoga and distance running. She recently completed the Boston Marathon and has competed in numerous other marathons and half marathons to date.
