Biography

Hank Li, MscPT, CSCS

Zhi Han (Hank) Li is a Physiotherapist at Cleveland Clinic Canada Canada with experience treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries.

Mr. Li obtained his Honours Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western University before completing his Master of Physical Therapy at McMaster University. He subsequently completed a Sport Physiotherapy Fellowship at Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine Clinic, providing clinical, emergency, and sideline coverage across a variety of sports including basketball, volleyball, soccer, and baseball at Fanshawe College. He is a Registered Physiotherapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Mr. Li's clinical experience includes working with athletes at McMaster University, including serving as the lead physiotherapist for the men’s rugby team. He has experience managing acute and chronic injuries, supporting return to play decisions, and progressing rehabilitation from injury to sport performance. He is committed to collaborative, patient-centred care tailored to each individual’s goals.

When he is not working, Mr. Li coaches youth basketball with MLSE’s Raptors Basketball Development and enjoys running, travelling, and trying new foods. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
