Dana Kocsis, MSN, RN, is chief nursing officer for Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio. Leadership
Kocsis is a service-oriented leader who is willing to step up to the plate when called upon. During her seven-year tenure as vice president of nursing operations at Cleveland Clinic Akron General Lodi Hospital, she assumed additional responsibilities as interim vice president of operations at Akron General’s Edwin Shaw Rehabilitation Institute for more than a year. Kocsis has served in several management, director and coordinator roles since 2000. Committed to continually improving her leadership skills, Kocsis has participated in the Cleveland Clinic Serving Leadership Cohort Training (2017), the Medina County Leadership Program (2015), the Tony Gorant Leadership Institute (2012) and the Healthcare Advisory Board Leadership Academy (2007).
