Our Facility
Located at 14601 Detroit Avenue in Lakewood, Ohio, Lakewood Family Health Center is a 64,700 square-foot, $34 million facility, which opened late summer of 2018. Lakewood Family Health Center's primary service area is western Cuyahoga County, primarily the cities of Lakewood, Rocky River, Bay Village, Westlake, Fairview Park, the eastern portion of Lorain County and the western portion of the Cleveland (Detroit Shoreway area).
