With a Complex Case Review, patients will receive expert insight into their health challenge, clear explanations of findings, and personalized recommendations for next steps.
The Complex Case Review involves a comprehensive evidence-based evaluation where our team of clinicians, including specialized physicians and nurses, will assess your medical history, diagnostic results, and treatment plans ensuring you and your healthcare providers have a clear understanding of your options.
How it works:
- You will submit all relevant medical records, diagnostic test results, and treatment plans from your healthcare team for a full review of your health situation.
- You’ll have a dedicated one-on-one appointment (virtually or in-person) with the appropriate specialist who’s reviewed your case and can guide you through possible next steps (e.g., proceed with the current plan, change the plan, or pursue additional testing).
- After your appointment, you’ll receive a detailed report with specific recommendations tailored to your health needs which can be shared with your healthcare providers.
