Cleveland Clinic’s foodservice team offers multiple ways to order meals, giving you personalized service that aims to create the best possible dining experience. We offer a variety of fresh daily features you can choose from the room service menu while you’re staying in the hospital.

On a special diet as part of your care plan? We have you covered. We use your provider’s request to personalize meals to make sure you’re getting the right types and amounts of food and drinks during your stay.

Patient app through MyChart Bedside

Ordering meals during your hospital stay is easy with the Patient app through MyChart Bedside, available in the MyChart app on your smartphone or tablet.

The Patient app through MyChart Bedside makes personalized dining simple. You can browse breakfast, lunch and dinner menus right in the app. Place your order for immediate delivery or schedule it for later. You can also order an evening snack using the Patient app.

• Room service: Delivery within 45 minutes or at your preferred time
• Other units: Delivery during the unit’s specified hours

Ohio Regional Hospitals

In-room meals are available only to Cleveland Clinic patients. If your family or visitors are looking for information about our retail food and shopping services, they can learn about what’s available at our Ohio regional hospitals.

Ready To Order?

If your unit offers room service, you’ll receive your meal within 45 minutes or at your specified time. For units without room service, your meal will arrive within the assigned delivery window.

Florida Regional Hospitals

We offer in-room meals to patients only. For your family and visitors, we offer retail food and shopping options at all Florida locations.

Ready To Order?

You can find your hospital’s menus, delivery times and information about how to order below. After you’ve placed your meal order using our patient app, bedside services or by phone, meal delivery is based on which unit you’re in. For ones with room service, you’ll receive your meal within 45 minutes of your order or at your requested time. For other units, you’ll get your order within an assigned delivery window.
