Sleep disorders, including insomnia, are common among individuals with neurocognitive disorders. The Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) measures severity of sleep disturbance, with higher scores representing more severe sleep disruption. A total of 608 patients had at least two visits in 2023 with data available for analysis. Baseline and follow-up scores were 8.4 and 7.6 respectively, indicating improvement in sleep quality.
