Lap Pool and Family Pool

LifeStyles members have the option of swimming at our Bath location, which offers a six-lane lap pool, as well as our Green and Stow locations, which offer the same, plus a family pool.

Our six-lane lap pool is heated and available during all hours of operation.

Warm Water Exercise

A low-intensity workout in the warm water physical therapy pool, emphasizing strength and joint range-of-motion exercises. This class can benefit individuals with special considerations, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, total joint replacement, chronic lower back pain and/or fibromyalgia.

Adult Lap/Exercise/Recreation Swim (L/E/R)

Within each lane, adults may swim continuously in a workout setting, exercise or relax and play. Accommodations will be made for all levels of swimmers, including non-swimmers who prefer to exercise in shallow water or by holding on to the pool side. This is the best time to take advantage of unscheduled pool time.

Sunday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
