Radiology Appointments by Phone
If your doctor is sending you to Akron General; Health & Wellness Center, Bath; Health & Wellness Center, Green; Health & Wellness Center, Stow; Lodi Hospital or the Medical Office Building, Tallmadge for a service or procedure, his or her office will usually schedule the appointment.
If you are asked to schedule your own radiology appointment or to reschedule based on your availability, you can request an appointment by calling our Centralized Scheduling Department.

Pre-Register
If your physician has recently scheduled you for a procedure or services at Cleveland Clinic Akron General, this online pre-registration form may speed up your check-in process when you arrive. You will still need to report to the appropriate desk.
Admitted to the hospital
Report to the Admitting Desk, located in the main lobby of Akron General.
Admitted for outpatient testing
Report to Ambulatory Diagnostic Services, located in the Ambulatory Care Center. If you have an outpatient appointment at Akron General's Health & Wellness Center, Bath, please report directly to the department in which you are scheduled.
