For Swimmers of All Ages

Swim Smart is designed to help swimmers receive swimming specific rehabilitation for swimming related injuries or improve swimming performance. Our expert clinicians will conduct a comprehensive evaluation that includes strength, flexibility, endurance and biomechanical assessments to identify impairments that can contribute to swimming related injuries.

The program is insurance based for the treatment of swimming related injuries and fee for service if the goal is to focus solely on performance.
