Overview
The main methods of acute ischemic stroke treatment are thrombolysis and endovascular therapy. Our focus has been on investigating the use of computed tomography (CT) angiography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and their relation to assess outcomes after acute reperfusion therapy. In addition, we examined peri-procedural management including blood pressure. Our current efforts are aimed at understanding the safety and efficacy of treatment of mild strokes with large artery occlusion.
