GUKI’s increasing reputation as a quaternary center of excellence for the treatment of complex penile deformities due to Peyronie’s disease has resulted in an increasing number of advanced Peyronie’s surgeries, both with and without concurrent penile prosthesis implantation. Novel techniques including extratunical grafting and multi-incisional tunical expansion with grafting have allowed for unique solutions to complex problems, with a focus on individual patient priorities and satisfaction. Office based management of Peyronie’s disease continues to grow with an increasing number of patients treated with intralesional collagenase injection (Xiaflex) using novel injection techniques and expanded patient selection criteria.
