GUKI’s reputation as a quaternary center of excellence for the treatment of complex penile deformities due to Peyronie’s disease has resulted in an increasing number of advanced Peyronie’s surgeries, both with and without concurrent penile prosthesis implantation. Novel techniques, including extratunical grafting and multi-incisional tunical expansion with grafting, have led to new solutions to complex problems, with a focus on individual patient priorities and satisfaction. More patients treated with intralesional collagenase injection (Xiaflex) has allowed the center to expand its patient criteria selection and increased it's office-based management of Peyronie's disease.
