Project Lift is a local Martin County, Florida nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of at-risk teens and their families through substance abuse treatment, mental health counseling, mentoring and vocational skills training. Nutrition education is programming that will provide vital life skills and enhance behavioral health services for these teens.
