How Program Helps

How Program Helps

How our program can help you
In six in-depth appointments over six months, Cleveland Clinic Culinary Medicine for Chronic Disease can help you learn to prepare savory meals that are good for you.

These appointments combine the joy of cooking with evidence-based application of food and nutrition to specific medical concerns. When you learn to prepare savory meals, that are also good for you, over time, your food preference will naturally shift to choosing foods that heal you rather than hurt you.
