What is Integrative & Lifestyle Medicine?
Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine offers complementary therapies to your current treatment plan to support the body’s natural ability to heal. Incorporating Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine into your healthcare regimen will empower you to make positive changes so you can regain control of your health and well-being.
Why should I consider a consult?
You may benefit from an Integrative or Lifestyle Medicine consult if you want to take a more holistic or integrative approach to your health. Our physicians and Advanced Practice Providers are trained in conventional medicine and Integrative Medicine or Lifestyle Medicine and can provide support for chronic illnesses and symptoms such as chronic fatigue, insomnia, digestive problems, chronic pain, anxiety, and stress.
By addressing your medical concerns with healthy lifestyle practices and integrative modalities, you can enjoy a better quality of life.

Will I continue to see my regular doctor?
Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine physicians will not replace your primary care provider (PCP) or specialist. Our goal is to work together with all members of your healthcare team. Our expertise lies in managing chronic diseases rather than treating acute medical problems. For acute care and medical emergencies, you will need to seek help from your PCP or visit urgent care or the nearest emergency room.
Are Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine visits covered by insurance?
Yes, most medical visits are covered by insurance. However, some additional services may be your financial responsibility. Please contact your insurance plan for details.
