Overview
This two-day Evidence-Based Practice Workshop is designed to engage and educate participants in the meaning and work of evidence-based practice. Through didactic and workshop formats, attendees will:
- Formulate a PICO(T) question.
- Search relevant databases to identify evidence that best answers a PICO(T) question.
- Critically appraise one research paper for strength and quality.
- Determine if the evidence supports an EBP change after examining the totality of evidence reviewed for one PICO(T) question.
- Describe two translation (diffusion) processes and resources needed to adopt real-world evidence into clinical practice.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund. A full refund will be issued if canceled by May 17, 2024. After May 17, 2024, 15% of the paid registration fee will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. No refunds will be issued after May 31, 2024.
