Overview
The Shared Governance Conference is an opportunity to celebrate the work and outcomes of Nursing Shared Governance and Unit-Based Councils from across all Cleveland Clinic Hospitals. Clinical nurse-led and co-led projects are the highlights of the conference. The 2025 conference included data-driven, evidence-based improvements; literature review and synthesis projects.
Conference Objectives
- Celebrate the advocacy efforts, impactful work and measurable outcomes of Shared Governance and Unit-Based Councils.
- Network with nursing leaders and peers.
- Share knowledge and experiences for professional development.

- There will be no registration the day of the conference
- Cleveland Clinic Caregiver registration is complementary
- Registration money cannot be refunded.
