The conference highlighted the work of the Unit-Based Shared Governance Councils and provided an opportunity for nurses to network with their colleagues. Clinical nurses showcased their best practices through posters. The 2024 included presentations on healthcare policy advocacy and clinical nurses presenting at national conferences.
