Highlights
This class is designed to assist with preparation for registered nurses interested in pursuing a CNOR nursing certification.
The CNOR credential is the only accredited certification for perioperative registered nurses.
Perioperative nurses pursue certification for a variety of reasons, including professional validation, personal accomplishment, and career advancement.
Earning the certification is a mark of distinction and demonstrates a commitment to upholding the highest standards in patient safety and adhering to current standards in their field of practice.
Exam subject areas include: Intraoperative Care, Infection Prevention and Control, Perioperative Patient Assessment and Diagnosis, Communication and Documentation, Emergency Situations. Place of Care and Professional Accountability.
