  • Registration is due by Sunday, October 6, 2019
  • There will not be registration on the day of conference
  • Registration fees can be refunded up to October 6, 2019. A $25 per day fee will be assessed for cancellations after October 6
  • Just prior to the event, links to the handouts will be sent to all registrants at the email address provided during registration. The handout attachments may be printed at the registrant’s expense. Printing is not available at the course location
  • Cleveland Clinic appropriate attire is expected for employees
