Dr. Richard S. Lang, Vice Chairman of the Wellness Institute and Chairman of the Department of Preventive Medicine, is a staff physician in the Executive Health Program. He joined Cleveland Clinic in 1986. Dr. Lang is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Preventive Medicine in occupational medicine, and is a fellow of both the American College of Physicians and the American College of Preventive Medicine. He also is qualified as a Federal Aviation Administration medical examiner to perform Class I, II and III medical certification examinations of pilots.
A magna cum laude graduate of Harvard College, Dr. Lang received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and his masters degree in public health from the University of Michigan. He has served as Associate Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Training Program and Medical Director of the Telemedicine Program at Cleveland Clinic. He was awarded the Public Health Service Primary Care Policy Fellowship in 1997. Dr. Lang has co-edited two editions of the textbook, Clinical Preventive Medicine, and serves as editor-in-chief of Cleveland Clinic Men's Health Advisor. In addition, Dr. Lang recently received a "Service Excellence Award", presented annually to 10 physicians nationwide who have demonstrated an extremely high level of integrity and compassionate care to Health Network members.

Raul J. Seballos, MD, joined Cleveland Clinic in 1997 following two years of private practice in internal medicine. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University, he earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo. He completed his residency training in internal medicine at St. Luke’s Medical Center and served a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Seballos currently practices preventive medicine in his role as Vice Chairman of Preventive Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic’s Executive Health Program, and participates in the evaluation and treatment of adults with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.
Dr. Seballos is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and is a member of the American College of Preventive Medicine and American Medical Association. He was elected by his peers for inclusion in Best Doctors in America® in 2007. Dr. Seballos currently serves as a reviewer for the Cleveland Clinic Journal of Medicine and is an Advisory Board member for Cleveland Clinic’s Men’s Health Advisor. He is the Preventive Medicine Section Editor for the Cleveland Clinic’s Clinical Medicine textbook. In 2009, Dr. Seballos received a "Service Excellence Award", presented annually to 10 physicians nationwide who have demonstrated an extremely high level of integrity and compassionate care to Healthnetwork members.
His primary interests are preventive medicine, cardiovascular risk assessment, cancer screening, men’s health and adult attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. Dr. Seballos is also involved with medical student education at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.

Dr. Steven E. Feinleib joined the staff of Cleveland Clinic in 2002. Prior to joining the Executive Health Program, Dr. Feinleib treated patients in General Internal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic's Beachwood Family Health and Surgery Center. He completed his undergraduate training at Cornell University, his medical degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, with internship and residency training at University Hospitals of Cleveland. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Roxanne B. Sukol shares her passion for preventive medicine and wellness as contributor to local newspapers and on her blog, focusing on prevention and management of diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular disease. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Sukol practiced at University Hospitals in Cleveland for 12 years before joining Cleveland Clinic's staff.
She is a graduate of Rutgers University with a master's degree in environmental science from the University of Cincinnati School of Engineering. She earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, with distinction in biomedical ethics. Dr. Sukol is also a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the Honor Medical Society.

Mira Ilic, MS, RD, LD»
Specialty Interests: wellness, obesity and women’s health
Ms. Mira Ilic a registered and licensed dietitian, provides detailed and personal nutritional counseling. Ms. Ilic is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University, where she received her bachelors degree in psychology and masters degree in nutrition. She has been a registered dietitian since 1984 and has special interests in wellness, obesity and women's health. Her professional work has taken her to France, where she provided weight management counseling and helped to construct a cookbook for the American School in Paris. Ms. Ilic is a member of both the American and Ohio Dietetic Associations.

Maxine M. Smith joined Cleveland Clinic in 2006, bringing 19 years of experience providing individualized nutrition assessment and counseling. Ms. Smith is a graduate of the University of Akron where she earned a B.S. in dietetics. Her experience has focused on women's heart health, weight loss, wellness, renal and diabetic nutrition. Ms. Smith is a member of the American and Ohio Dietetic Associations.

Kathleen received her undergraduate degree in psychology from John Carroll University and her Master’s degree from Case Western Reserve University. She has been a member of the Executive Health Program team as a wellness coach since 2008 and a Cleveland Clinic employee since 1995. Ms. Alcorn received biofeedback training from Jerry Kiffer, M.A., another member of the Executive Health Program team.

Kenneth received his Bachelor's and Master’s degree from Cleveland State University. Mr. Alexander has been a Cleveland Clinic employee since 1987. Mr. Alexander’s professional interests include providing stress management and coaching to professional athletes and clergy. He has been a member of the Executive Health Program team as a wellness coach since 1997.
Jerome (Jerry) F. Kiffer, MA, BCB»
Specialty Interests: Wellness coaching, biofeedback, relaxation training, stress management and sleep hygiene
Jerry created the Executive Health Coaching consultation service in 2003. He is a Board Certified Biofeedback Therapist. Jerry's experience includes working for 34 years as a biofeedback therapist and consulting with business and educators. He authored a 2007 journal article, “Biofeedback and Executive Coaching to Increase Life Satisfaction”, and he has published book chapters on the treatment of stress problems. He has taught and authored relaxation materials to cope with stress. Jerry co-authored the Stress Management/Yoga curriculum of Cleveland Clinic Wellness Institute's Lifestyle 180 Disease Reversal Program.
Mr. Kiffer, who joined Cleveland Clinic in 1975, holds a Master’s degree in psychology, and he has completed all doctoral coursework in psychology at Case Western Reserve University, except for dissertation. He is the author of SOLAR (Spreadsheet of Life and Responsibilities), an instrument assessing quality-of-life and well-being, which has been used at the Executive Health Program since 2003.

Heather Nettle, MA»
Specialty Interests: sports performance and wellness
Heather Nettle, exercise physiologist, consults with patients, provides fitness assessments and creates customized exercise prescriptions. Ms. Nettle received her bachelors degree from Mount Union College in athletic training and earned a masters degree in exercise physiology from Kent State University. Her certification in Athletic Training broadens her expertise to the recognition, prevention and assessment of injuries in relation to exercise. She works with all age groups and has extensive experience in working with the special fitness needs of older people.
Ms. Nettle works in the areas of sports performance and wellness in the department of Sports Health and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation; she also chairs the Sports Health and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Health and Wellness Committee and is an active member of the Optimal Runners Performance Program.
Christopher Travers, MS»
Specialty Interests: exercise education for adults and adolescents
Christopher Travers, exercise physiologist, educates adults and adolescents on the importance of rewarding, non-competitive exercise for the improvement of overall health. On staff in Cleveland Clinic Sports Health, he is an active member of its Health and Fitness and Train Right committees. Mr. Travers earned his bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from Concord College and his master's degree in exercise science from Marshall University. The former collegiate athlete has worked with athletes at the Olympic, professional and college levels and is also certified by the International Youth Conditioning Association as a Youth Fitness Specialist.
