MyAccount Billing Change

We are pleased to inform you that your Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital billing statement will be changing in December 2015. With this change, Medina Hospital charges will be listed on one billing statement, along with other charges incurred at Cleveland Clinic locations. Billing for non-Cleveland Clinic physicians will remain separate. In addition, you can now access your billing statement and pay your balance through MyAccount. To register for MyAccount, visit

Silver Express

Medina Hospital is pleased to provide free Medicare counseling for seniors through our Silver Express program. Silver Express counselors are hospital volunteers, trained by the Ohio Department of Insurance, to provide claims counseling to area seniors.

Silver Express offers claims counseling for:
