Child Life Programs Affiliated with Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital
Students from affiliated programs can complete their internships or clinical rotations at Cleveland Clinic's main campus or one of its regional hospitals. Cleveland Clinic accepts students studying to be child life specialists from the following local schools:
Students submitting applications from Academic Institutions not listed above will be considered for practicum and/or internships pending approval of the required affiliation agreement by the Academic Institution and Cleveland Clinic.

Child Life Career Day
Are you interested in learning more about Child Life? Come to an informational presentation and tour to find out what Child Life is all about. Presentation includes role of the certified Child Life Specialist, areas where they work and steps necessary to pursue a career in Child Life. This event is offered three times per year in Northeast Ohio: in April at MetroHealth Medical Center, in August at Cleveland Clinic Children’s and in December at Rainbow Babies & Children Hospital.
$10 fee; student and families welcome; registration required.
