Cleveland Clinic's Women's Heath and Breast Centeraddresses all benign and cancer problems of the breast. The General Surgery staff is part of the team managing these breast diseases with an emphasis on surgical management.

Access for breast disease is available at the Main Campus and the Family Health Centers, usually through a combined radiologic [mammography] and surgical team. State-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and biopsy methods lead to rapid assessment of problems and develop of treatment plans.

When breast cancer is diagnosed, the involvement of Oncology, Radiation Therapy, and Plastic Surgery may be indicated. The Breast Center facilitates access for all these services. The emphasis in the Women's Health and Breast Center is on a multidisciplinary approach to all aspects of breast diseases.
