Cathy was drawn to Cleveland Clinic’s Yoga School because of its philosophy of heart-centered yoga—linking breath and movement to be more present and connected to our compassionate, empathetic, generous hearts—teaching with heart and adapting yoga to students, meeting them where they are. She is grateful for the personal and physical growth and flexibility she has observed in herself and others through the experience of learning, practicing and sharing yoga. She believes that yoga can be practiced by anyone and is especially passionate about sharing yoga with new and beginner-level students of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
