Catherine Boyle is a Program Manager in the Office of Professional Affairs, Chief of Staff Division and a PRN Yoga Instructor in the Wellness and Preventative Medicine Department at Cleveland Clinic.

An avid practitioner of yoga for years, she completed the Cleveland Clinic School of Yoga teacher training program (YTT-200) in 2018 and teaches regularly at Cleveland Clinic and in the community. She holds a BA in English Literature and Art History from Ohio University, received the Women in Leadership Certificate and Coaching for Intentional Development Board Certification through Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead Executive Education and completed the Staff Coaching and Mentoring Program and Advanced Peer Coaching Program through the Center for Excellence in Coaching and Mentoring at Cleveland Clinic in 2017 and has completed sessions toward Gestalt Coaching Certification. She has participated in a 4-week Mindfulness Tools Program at University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness and completed a 10-day Vipassana Meditation course in May 2023.

Cathy was drawn to Cleveland Clinic’s Yoga School because of its philosophy of heart-centered yoga—linking breath and movement to be more present and connected to our compassionate, empathetic, generous hearts—teaching with heart and adapting yoga to students, meeting them where they are. She is grateful for the personal and physical growth and flexibility she has observed in herself and others through the experience of learning, practicing and sharing yoga. She believes that yoga can be practiced by anyone and is especially passionate about sharing yoga with new and beginner-level students of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
