Nurses: Cleveland Clinic Florida is approved by the Florida Board of Nursing, FBN # 50-392, NCE Provider #2334 for 7.5 Continuing Education Contact Hours.

Credit Guidelines

Attendees must stay for the entire program. Partial continuing education credit will NOT be given.

The following items must be completed to receive credit:

Nurses

  1. Complete Course Evaluation Online
  2. Obtain Course Completion Certificate Online (CDEs need to also request the CDR Certificate)

Dietitians

  1. Complete Course Evaluation Online

All other Allied Health Professionals

  • There will be registration on the day of conference.
  • Cancellations postmarked after 8/26/2017 will have a $25.00 (USD) cancellation fee deducted from your refund. Written notification of your cancellation is required in order to process your refund. No refunds issued after September 2, 2017.
  • A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided with a vegetarian option available.

We are offering vendor participation for this event. Each vendor will receive a table to exhibit, two chairs and will receive lunch with the program attendees. Exhibits will be available to attendees before the program, during both breaks and during the lunch.
