2026 Golf Outings

The annual EMS Golf Outings are one of our most popular opportunities to bring EMS agencies together in a relaxed, team-focused environment. These outings promote camaraderie across departments, encourage networking among agencies, and provide a chance to connect outside of the demands of emergency response. Whether you’re an avid golfer or simply enjoy spending time with colleagues, the EMS Golf Outings are about friendship, collaboration, and fun.

Each outing offers friendly competition, shared meals, and time to engage with fellow EMS professionals who proudly serve our communities alongside Cleveland Clinic.

Registration & cost

• Cost: $200 per four-person team
• Includes: Green fees with cart, lunch at the turn, and dinner following play
• Shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. (registration begins at 8:00 a.m.)
• Competitions include skins, longest drive, closest to the pin, and longest putt

These regional outings are designed to make participation easy and accessible for agencies across Northeast Ohio.

Appreciation Cruise

The EMS Appreciation Cruise is one of our most meaningful events of the year. This evening is dedicated to celebrating and thanking our EMS Medical Control partners for their ongoing commitment to excellence in patient care. Taking time to recognize leadership and collaboration is essential, and this event allows us to do so in a memorable and enjoyable setting.

Hosted aboard Cleveland’s largest sightseeing vessel, the Goodtime III, the cruise offers stunning views of downtown Cleveland while providing time to relax, connect, and celebrate our shared mission.

Why it matters

EMS leaders play a vital role in shaping systems of care, guiding clinical direction, and supporting frontline teams. This event is our way of showing appreciation for that leadership and reinforcing the strong partnership between Cleveland Clinic and EMS agencies.

• Boarding Time: 6:30 p.m.
• Cruise Time: 7:00 – 9:30 p.m.
• Who’s Invited: Cleveland Clinic EMS Medical Control partners and one guest
• Capacity: Limited to the first 400 attendees

What to expect

• Dinner: BBQ menu featuring pulled pork, grilled chicken, cornbread, corn on the cob, baked beans, seasonal fruit, and bourbon peach cobbler
• Drinks: Two drink tickets per guest
• Entertainment: DJ with a wide variety of music
• Scenery: Views of the Flats, Cuyahoga River, downtown Cleveland skyline, and Lake Erie
