Irina Todorov, MD, ABFM, ABOIM, is a Family Medicine physician who believes that we all should strive to achieve optimal physical, social, and mental well-being. She looks for underlying causes of disease and addresses them with nutrition optimization, exercise therapies, herbs and supplements. In addition, she will work with you to address stress, sleep and motivation to change.
Dr. Todorov is board certified in both Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine and practiced for 7 years in Europe prior to moving to the USA. She has additional training in Herbal Medicine, manual therapies, mind/body techniques, and aromatherapy which are used to create a unique plan for each individual patient that is in alignment with the patient’s beliefs and preferences. She treats children, adolescents and adults. Languages include English and Bulgarian.
Dr. Todorov believes that heart disease, cancer and stroke, the most common causes of death in the U.S., are directly linked to lifestyle factors and are preventable with modifications in diet, exercise and stress management. She consults with patients of all ages with a wide variety of medical conditions who have found her approach effective in addressing chronic disease like insomnia, mood disorders, headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes, pain and fatigue.

I typically do not like going to the doctor or visiting clinics and hospitals. Seeing Dr. Todorov and her staff leaves me with a pleasant feeling and a hopeful spirit!

I was lucky to been able to schedule a visit so soon, regarding my back pain. I was looking for a new perspective for my pain. Dr Irina Todorov gave me just that. She clearly explained her background of Wellness and Preventative Medicine and shared how it could help my lower back pain. We decided on different treatments that hopefully will help me.

I was very uneasy going into the conference, because of being my first video conference. I followed all the instructions given by the Cleveland Clinic, prior o the conference. Dr. Todorov also helped me feel at easy during the conference. I felt very comfortable Interacting with Dr. Todorov. She carefully listened to my concerns and offered me some alternatives to my back concerns. My visit was very pleasant and fruitful.

I always feel that Dr. Todorov is concerned about the needs of her patients. She is always well-prepared. I feel comfortable with the Virtual option, but if Dr. Todorov felt she needed to see me in person, she'd recommend a person-to-person visit. I trust her very much and have recommended her to friends. I have also recommended virtual appointments to my friends.
