Postponing Bereavement Support Groups Due to COVID-19

In an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic, in-person groups are currently postponed. We are currently offering an online drop-in support group starting May 6, 2020.

Online Drop-in Support Group: General Grief Topics (Meets once a week for 8 weeks)

Group members will connect from home through the use of a video meeting platform and will be invited to share their stories, emotions, victories, and hopes. Participants can expect to receive loving support from the group leaders, information on the grieving process, and learn tools for handling the normal grief response. Camp Promise
A free camp for children, ages 6 – 11. Creative child – friendly activities are used to assist children in expressing their grief reactions after the death of a significant loved one. Grieving Family Memory Walk
This memory walk is designed for those who prefer to grieve through activity and offers a time to share memories, socialize with others, and get some light exercise on the trails of Liberty Park. All ages are welcome to join us as we connect to nature and each other and reminisce about those who have meant so much to each of us.
