Admissions & Referrals
At Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital, we've made the admissions process as simple as possible for our patients, their families, and referral sources, including physicians, case managers and insurance or managed care companies.
Visitation Guidelines
Hours: 9 a.m. — 9 p.m.
No limitations on the number of visitors.
Visitors must be 18 or older.
All visitors will be required to:
- Sign in at the visitor checkpoint to receive a visitor tag.
