Tiffany Ujek-Nardo is the chief executive officer at the Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital, Avon. In this role, Tiffany oversees hospital operations to ensure exceptional care and quality outcomes.
Previously, Tiffany was a physical therapist with 15 years in clinical roles and five years of therapy leadership experience. She worked to cultivate and improve hospital operations across various rehabilitation settings and hospitals.
Tiffany graduated from Wheeling University with a doctorate in physical therapy.
She’s passionate about employee engagement, creating excellent patient experiences, leading process and improving quality outcomes. Tiffany is also an accomplished CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) international surveyor intern.
