Krista McFadden is the chief executive officer at Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital, Edwin Shaw. In this role, she oversees hospital-wide operations to ensure exceptional care, quality outcomes and enhanced patient safety.

Previously, Krista was a hospital chief executive office in the Youngstown and East Liverpool, Ohio, markets. She successfully managed the hospital teams through the pandemic, building physician relationships, enhancing service line development and expanding outreach in underserved areas. She did this by establishing both rural health and disaster response clinics in response to the East Palestine train derailment.

She graduated from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, with a master’s degree in nursing.

She’s passionate about ensuring patients receive safe care while delivering quality outcomes in an environment that promotes healing and wellness.
