Community Health Needs Assessment
The Cleveland Clinic health system and Select Medical joint venture completed a community health needs assessment (CHNA) for our hospital. The goal of this assessment is to identify and evaluate health related needs in the communities Cleveland Clinic and Select Medical joint venture serves and to use this information to fulfill our mission. All reports have been formally approved and adopted as required by IRS regulations.
