Throughout your stay, you’ll enjoy:

  • Unlimited fitness classes: Tai Chi, Yoga, Cardio Conditioning, Muscle Conditioning and Water Fitness.
  • Health talks by Cleveland Clinic physicians from the Wellness Institute and Endocrinology & Metabolism Institute.
  • Daily meals and snacks: Mediterranean style cuisine featuring gluten free and anti-inflammatory foods.
  • A cozy island beach resort on 13 picturesque acres, with access to kayak and stand-up-paddle boarding (discount for retreat patrons).
  • Rooms and cottages are steps from the Gulf of Mexico and Pine Island Sound.

A variety of rooms are secured for the Cleveland Clinic Women's Wellness Retreat.

Rates are all-inclusive and cover the program fee, meals and room choice. Package rates are available in single or double accommodations. Retreat pricing does not include airfare. Our staff would be happy to coordinate ground transportation from Fort Myers International Airport (RSW) to 'Tween Waters Inn for you.

An official schedule is provided upon arrival to the event. It is your choice to participate in any or all of the activities. Fitness programs are offered in levels 1-3 to accommodate all abilities. You can change levels at any time during the program.
