
Biography
Yelena Yefremenko studied massage therapy in Russia where she also taught French before coming to the United States in 1993. She became a Licensed Massage Therapist after completing her education here in the USA at the National Institute of Massotherapy in Akron, OH. Yelena continued to strengthen her skills and experience by working as an assistant and LMT at the UH Seidman Cancer Center for 10 years. Yelena has also had extensive training in many areas including working with athletes, children and prenatal massage. Yelena treats age ranges 12 and older. She is also trained in myofascial release, reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage and energy therapies including Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy. In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her 7 year old grandchild. Together they enjoy outdoor activities near the lake and the metro parks in the greater Cleveland area.
