Hypertension Control (< 130/80 mm Hg)

The percentage is reported of patients aged 18 to 85 with a documented diagnosis of hypertension and a blood pressure reading of <130/80 mm Hg at their most recent ambulatory office visit. The 2017 guidelines from the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association suggest a blood pressure reading of < 130/80 should be the target for most patients with hypertension.
