Dr Pennell is the man! He and his team went to bat for me against the insurance company to get my CT scan approved. I understand that his time is valuable, but he never makes me feel like he has to hurry. He spends the time it takes to help you understand and In such a way that makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world. I am so thankful that he is my doctor.

Dr. Pennell was very friendly and knowledgeable and both my husband, who is the patient, and I feel comfortable with him for the most part. He introduced himself to my husband when he walked into the room but did not introduce himself to me or even ask Jim who I was. He addressed his comments and questions to Jim, but I felt that as Jim's wife and caregiver he should have addressed us both.

Only concern - oncologist did not read full report and missed a new concerning issue. Pal Med doctor thankfully saw it and I was able to point out to oncologist. He admitted to not reading full report. This is a somewhat serious new issue for which I now need to see a cardiologist.
