I waited over an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time before the doctor saw me.

Reviewed on Jul 16, 2018

I've never waited for as long as I did (25 minutes) in a Clinic waiting room that had a board they indicated the doc was on time. I pointed out the wait after 15 minutes, as the signs indicate. A receptionist told me it would be "just a minute," but didn't change the sign. I understand doctors are going to be running behind, especially for an afternoon appointment. But if you're doing to go to all the trouble to post the wait times, it's annoying to see they don't mean anything. I would probably not have even noticed how late he was if I didn't spend 25 minutes staring at something telling me he was on time.

Dr. Saluan is the best!!! An excellent surgeon and more importantly, a kind and caring person!

Reviewed on Jul 2, 2018

it took 4 phone calls to get in on the day I was supposed to by the ER but did finally get in with our first choice of providers

Reviewed on Jun 25, 2018

I very much appreciated how promptly the doctor got us in and out. We weren't waiting in any one place for any amount of time.

Reviewed on Jun 25, 2018

the only bad thing I have to say about any appointments with Dr Saluan is the long wait time. Every appointments wait time is at least an hour. It's ridiculous

Reviewed on Mar 1, 2018

Dr. Saluan discussed several alternatives with me before determining the best course of action; he probably spent more time with me than a physician has in my last 5 visits to another Cleveland hospital combined.

Salaun is the BEST!

Reviewed on Nov 15, 2017

Dr. Saluan is fantastic. He's very down to earth and I appreciate the ability to speak frankly with him.

Reviewed on Nov 9, 2017

Dr. Saluan showed compassion and demonstrated the best care for my son's vascular necrosis.

Reviewed on Nov 6, 2017

Overall I was very impressed with Dr. Saluans knowledge of my condition and his bedside manner. This was the first appointment I've had in a while I've left feeling 100% satisfied with my care and treatment. Will be coming back to see him with all of my ortho needs, as well as, recommending him to everyone.
