Dr. Kanj is very conscientious and caring about his patients. I always feel I've received the best care possible. His manner is very professional but kind. I think he is a wonderful representative for the Clinic. I wish all doctors had his manner of dealing with people.

Overall my experience with Dr Kanj was very pleasant and I found him to be interested, compassionate and knowledgeable. Which is why I am so disappointed in not hearing back from him in over a week now as to his review of my records and his overall assessment and recommendation as to how I should proceed with my heart condition. I have called his office several times now and finally, over a week later, received a call this morning from his nurse, not him. I found Dr. Kanj to be extremely professional but was just disappointed at the length of time it took for him to get back to me with his assessment.

I was referred to Dr Kanj concerning my issues with AFIB by my cardiologist in WV. After reviewing my records, Dr Kanj's staff contacted me with an appointment to consult and undergo an Ablation. I arrived as scheduled registered, had lab work, met with staff and Dr Kanj. I could not have had a better experience. Other than some post op problem caused by catheter issue, my experience (so far) has been problem free. I've only been home less than 48 hrs so success level in not known yet but my experience with Cleveland Clinic and Dr Kanj and staff was a pleasure.

My cardiologist in Canton wanted me to see Dr. Kanj as soon as possible. When I made the appointment, I told the lady this. I was scheduled 3 months out. Dr. Kanj's nurse told me to call the office from now on if I need an appointment as soon as possible.

I came to the Clinic to receive several tests as a follow up to my pulmonary vein ablation. The tests were all scheduled for the morning, but my visit with Dr. Kanj was not scheduled until later that afternoon. Upon my arrival, the receptionist noticed the time differential and immediately started the process to change my appointment with Dr. Kanj to an earlier time. I was very impressed.
