Doctors Menon and Flanagan are the best

Reviewed on Aug 4, 2020

Dr. Menon greeted us and asked about a trip we had taken. He is so softspoken and caring in his manner. He carefully looked over the results of my echo cardiogram and EKG and told me everything looked good. He said he would look it over more carefully and include any observations in his Notes. We discussed my medications and how I felt I was feeling. His office is always quick to respond to any requests for medicine refills.

Reviewed on Aug 4, 2020

I always feel safe at the Cleveland Clinic. My technician for my echo cardiogram told me that for their first two years, they have a mentor who goes over her work. She came in and carefully went over the technician's work having her show how she had gotten certain results. When I mentioned this to Dr. Menon's nurse, he said that is why their Cardiac department is so good. Not just having good doctors and surgeons but having protocols in place all the way along so you get good medical care at each step in the process. I liked how everyone felt a part of achieving so many years of being #1 in cardiac care.

I have had an ABSOLUTELY PERFECT experience with Cleveland Clinic with all the staff and personnel and a GREAT visit with Dr. Menon. I needed some follow up questions using MyChart. My responses were accurate and very timely. I can only say good things about my experience with Cleveland Clinic. I tell many people very often. It no wonder Cleveland Clinic has been the number one hospital for 24 years. I have been a Christian Pastor in good standing for 48 years in the Akron / Cleveland area ad am well known in some circles. Please feel free to use this in any correspondence or if you would like me to record my testimony, I would be very happy to do that.

I have tremendous respect and confidence in the care that Dr. Menon provides me.

Reviewed on Jan 14, 2020

Dr. Menon was outstanding. He kindly worked me in to an already full clinic schedule and still spent 30 unrushed minutes with me going over in great detail about my treatment options. He was also able to set up an impromptu meeting with a surgeon immediately following my appointment with him, which as someone coming from out of town, likely saved me another separate trip to Cleveland.

wonderful . we left dr. menon's office with a great deal of relief. he took the time to look at the records we brought and explained their meaning. took extra time to contact another physician at CC to insure us we had nothing to be concerned about a test result from our local physician. Thanks to all wonderful people at CC.

my wife and I were extremely pleased with our experience with Dr. Menon and Dr Montgomery. Dr Menon explained the various options available to me and answered each of our questions clearly and professionally. We had to leave before the 4: o'clock meeting with Dr Menon and notified his office and requested a telephone discussion. Dr. Montgomery called 2 days later and went over the test results and we agreed on the course of action. Dr Svensson operated on me in 2005 and we hope he will be there for my next procedure. in short many kudos to all.
