Dr. Menon is the BEST.

Reviewed on Jul 2, 2019

Dr. Menor was a major disappointment at my second appointment. I wanted him to explain my situation. He explained nothing and was very cavalier or didn't think I needed to know anything about my present condition and where I may find myself and my condition in future years.

Reviewed on Apr 16, 2019

I really appreciate Dr. Menon's being completely candid and understanding of my questions and concerns.

Reviewed on Feb 19, 2019

I love Dr. Menon's quiet, gentle demeanor. He always make me feel calm and cared for. My husband remarked how thoroughly he went through my record, checking my last echocardiogram, today's ekg, and his notes. I had called in months ago when we were going on a trip with a question about one of my medications, and he mentioned that and asked how our trip went! With all the patients he sees, I'm sure he looked over my records ahead of time, but it made the experience more personal.

Reviewed on Feb 5, 2019

Dr. Menon is an outstanding cardiologist and I'm blessed to have him as my doctor. He's been able to diagnose what other cardiologists have missed-literally saving my life multiple times.

Reviewed on Jan 8, 2019

*Dr. Menon is the best! He understand my heart valve condition and makes sure I am monitored correctly.

Reviewed on Nov 27, 2018

Dr. Menon has unfailingly let me know that I can call if I have questions or need advice and has followed up by telephone if necessary. I feel fortunate to be his patient.

Reviewed on Nov 6, 2018

Dr. Menon is a pragmatic, analytical, well spoken, thoughtful and respectful person with a tremendous amount of expertise. He is an effective advocate for his patients with the surgeons and is tremendously flexible in making himself available - whether on the phone or in person, perhaps with little advance notice - for his patients. the support staff and receptionists are professional, courteous and helpful. The office is particularly helpful when reached over the phone and Dr. Menon encourages phone calls. Responses to MyChart messages come with delay, however.

Reviewed on Nov 6, 2018

very clear instructions on prescription meds and follow-up visits. Dr. Menon is also conservative in his approach and keeps patients from returning to normal routine too early.

Reviewed on Nov 6, 2018

Dr. Menon takes time to discuss issues and doesn't seem hurried.

Reviewed on Oct 2, 2018

Very thorough and helpful. Carefully explained my options and risks going forward. Checked my medical records looking back and my current tests in front of me. Doubled checked my BP himself to know for sure is was ok. Dr. Menon made me feel comfortable with our treatment plan going forward.

Reviewed on Oct 2, 2018

As far as timing goes, This year was the best year. We usually try to be earlier than necessary for scheduled appointment is we expect to wait a bit longer. This year tests were done a bit earlier so we got to our visit with Dr. Menon way earlier than expected. Our wait to see Dr. Menon was as expected and we were able to be on our way for the long drive home the earliest time yet.

Reviewed on Sep 25, 2018

Dr. Menon stopped one blood pressure medication and started me on another medicine. He said to call back in 2 weeks to see how it is working.
