I brought some papers from a recent hospitalization for pancreatitis at Hilton Head Hospital In June. I had called and talked with Dr. Menon because they had stopped me from taking Lisinopril and a statin. He looked over the papers and was not sure I had actually had pancreatitis. He considered whether he would have me start back on the Lisinopril or change it to another medication. After looking at my blood pressure record, he said he would like me to track it some more and we would have a video call to discuss what to do in about 4-6 weeks. I also will be needing to have a revision on my left knee replacement and he asked if I could put that off for a while and he told me how long to withhold my Eliquis before the surgery. He told me my echo looked good and he would arrange for the next video appointment to decide about my medication. Dr. Menon is always a good listener and explains things well. I see him every 6 months and feel like I am in good hands under his care.
