Dr. Menon is a pragmatic, analytical, well spoken, thoughtful and respectful person with a tremendous amount of expertise. He is an effective advocate for his patients with the surgeons and is tremendously flexible in making himself available - whether on the phone or in person, perhaps with little advance notice - for his patients. the support staff and receptionists are professional, courteous and helpful. The office is particularly helpful when reached over the phone and Dr. Menon encourages phone calls. Responses to MyChart messages come with delay, however.

very clear instructions on prescription meds and follow-up visits. Dr. Menon is also conservative in his approach and keeps patients from returning to normal routine too early.

Reviewed on Nov 6, 2018

Dr. Menon takes time to discuss issues and doesn't seem hurried.

Reviewed on Oct 2, 2018

Very thorough and helpful. Carefully explained my options and risks going forward. Checked my medical records looking back and my current tests in front of me. Doubled checked my BP himself to know for sure is was ok. Dr. Menon made me feel comfortable with our treatment plan going forward.

As far as timing goes, This year was the best year. We usually try to be earlier than necessary for scheduled appointment is we expect to wait a bit longer. This year tests were done a bit earlier so we got to our visit with Dr. Menon way earlier than expected. Our wait to see Dr. Menon was as expected and we were able to be on our way for the long drive home the earliest time yet.

Reviewed on Sep 25, 2018

Dr. Menon stopped one blood pressure medication and started me on another medicine. He said to call back in 2 weeks to see how it is working.

Reviewed on Aug 14, 2018

Dr. Menon is extremely patient, very knowledgeable pragmatic and honest. Trust him and his opinion. Exceeded expectations.

Reviewed on Aug 14, 2018

Volume is extremely high, so hard to be fair in any comments, but the waiting rooms, sub waiting rooms and waiting for doctors is extensive. But the talent we are waiting to see is worth it, Is there any way to make the process more efficient and/or more electronic? Paper sign-in and manual waiting lists? I was surprised.

Dr. Menon and the associated medical, nursing and administrative staff are the best. I still alive because of them!

Reviewed on Aug 7, 2018

Best doctor I have taking care of me. He cares not only about how things effect you but also how it effects your family.

Meeting with Dr. Mennen was a fantastic experience, love him. He spent time going over my medications with me. In one case he allowed me to eliminate a medication with his blessing. He also explained how some of my medications could aggravate a digestive issue and was helpful in knowing how to manage it.

We (my husband and I) absolutely love Dr. Mennen. He is thoughtful, kind, and willing to answer my questions. We are so thankful I have him as my cardiologist. His nurses are always great, but the nurse I had for this last visit was truly special.
